When will my order get shipped?

Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days. This does not include weekends. Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders within the domestic normally take 3-7 business days to arrive after being shipped. International orders normally take 2-4 weeks to arrive after being shipped. Occasionally, international orders are delayed in customs causing arrival time to increase to 8 weeks for delivery. If you are an international customer and do not receive your package within 8 weeks, please contact us.

Where do you deliver?

We provide worldwide shipping.

Do you process international credit cards?

Yes, we accept credit cards from outside of our country.

When will I receive the refund for my return?

You will receive the amount to the same method used to make the purchase in an estimated period of 10-14 days, depending on your bank.

How can I return my order?

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 60 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders over $50 USD. Please contact us to schedule the return. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

For international returns under $50 USD, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

How can I check the status of my order?

On the store website, please click on the Help widget in the bottom right corner. If you have logged in our store, you can see your order status there right away; if you have not logged in our store, you can manually check your order status by filling the order number and the email you used to place this order.
